This
card cannot be given as a Tribute. When this card is successfully
Summoned or Flip Summoned, it appears on the Field in Defense Position.
By discarding one Spell Card from your Hand you can Special Summon one
Level 4 Monster Card from your Deck. The Monster Card Special Summoned
using this effect cannot attack for the duration of the turn. You can
only activate the effect of this card once each turn, during your Main
Phase.
